Masters are proud supporters of the Armed Forces
Since 2015 Masters have been proud holders of the Bronze award in the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), and to this day we continuously support our employees who have served in the Armed Forces and those that currently serve in the reserve.
The ERS was introduced to the private and public sector to recognise support for the Armed Forces and for welcoming veterans into employment. The scheme includes Bronze, Silver and Gold awards for organisations that pledge their support to the Defence and Armed Forces, and encourage other organisations to do the same.
In 2015 Masters were nominated by the people who feel supported – our employees. Currently Masters employ four people who served in the Armed Forces, one of them now being the Operations Director at Masters Logistical.
Masters pledge to support the Armed Forces and are very pleased and proud to still hold the values of the Bronze award for the ERS….
“With Operations Director Mark Stoodley being a veteran member of the Armed Forces, Masters Logistical will support any member of staff who is a serving member of The Army Reserve and in recognition of this we have received a Bronze ‘Defence Employer Recognition Scheme’ award.”
By upholding the bronze award, it confirms Masters are armed forces-friendly and are open to employing people who have served in the Armed Forces, these include reservists, armed forces veterans, cadet instructors and military spouses.
Masters are proud to support those who serve.
